| Details: | SUMMARY: Corrective Actions from Level 2 Coliform Investigation 3-2-2017 DETAILS: Written notification was received on 4-7-17 that all of the swivel style faucets were replaced with non-swivel faucets on 4-6-17. The water system provided written notification and photographs on 8-14-17 that Well AA was abandoned pursuant to applicable OARs and stated the abandonment was filed with OR DWS. Additionally, on 8-14-17 they provided photographs and written notification that the corroded,deteriorated section of the steel casing on Well AB was reground to provide a tight seal between the casing and well cap prior to the corrective action due date of July 12, 2017.
