| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive Total Coliform in Routine Sample Collected 6/14/2017 DETAILS: Called Bruce McKinney. He said that the routine sample taken 6/14/2017 came back positive for total coliform. On 6/19/2017 he took 4 repeat samples and one source water assessment. I e-mailed him a coliform sampling plan. ACTION NEEDED: He will call if the results are positive. A Level 1 Investigation will be required. | ||
