| Details: | SUMMARY: Annual Nitrate Sample Over 1/2 MCL DETAILS: EP-B for well #4 has had fluctuating nitrate for the last 7 years. Bob is aware of the situation. This well originally showed no nitrate back in 2002. This well only serves one cabin at the motel, the rest of the facility is served off of the other well and has low levels of nitrate. ACTION NEEDED: Continue annual monitoring. Install treatment when nitrate reaches 10 ppm. | ||
