| Details: | SUMMARY: Level 1 Coliform DETAILS: Operator called. The source samples came back negative for coliform. All distribution samples were confirmed positive for coliform. The operator will complete the Level 1 Coliform alert form and shock the system. They recently had the water storage tank cleaned. This is the believed cause that the distribution system is positive for coliform. ACTION NEEDED: Complete Level 1 and shock system. | ||
