| Details: | SUMMARY: Reporting Violations DETAILS: Arizona Beach Lodge has failed to report their NO3 sample for 2016 and coliform samples for the last three quarters of this year. Ralph informed me that they had a temporary employee working at the lodge that failed to take the routine samples. He stated that in the following days they will be taking the necessary samples to get back into compliance. ACTION NEEDED: Take necessary nitrate and coliform samples. | ||
