Two of the positve samples collected prior to the UV treatment were mismarked. (samples 3011571651 and 3011571671) John to request the lab submit amended reports that show those as source samples. Two repeat samples from the distribution were absent. ACTION NEEDED: System to collect a third repeat sample from the distribution system. | ||
