| Details: | Spoke with owner/operator about the positive routine sample. He reports that he has a pump company meeting with him this week to help troubleshoot his UV system. He has also schedule a tank inspection and cleaning with a professional vendor. Owner claims that he replaced the UV bulb 3 months ago. I confirmed with him that there is a cartridge filter pre-UV. I direct him to submit 3 distribution and one well sample, ASAP. He states, "why would submit more samples when they will come back positive?" We discuss the consequences of failure to submit samples for further testing. | ||
