| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine sample tested positive for coliform. DETAILS: Shari Blackman was contacted by phone regarding the routine sample that tested positive for total coliform. Mrs. Blackman was informed that the water system needed to collect three repeat samples (1 from the positive location, one within 5 connections upstream and one within 5 connections downstream) and one raw water assessment sample from the well. ACTION NEEDED: Collect three repeat samples (1 from the positive location, one within 5 connections upstream and one within 5 connections downstream) and one raw water assessment sample from the spring source. Conduct a level 1 investigation if any of the repeat samples test positive for coliform. | ||
