| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine Distribution Sample TC+ DETAILS: Vivian works with Edge Analtyical Lab to take her samples. The lab reported to me that Vivian had already had the well shock chlorinated and installed a UV. I spoke to Vivian the following Tuesday after the alert posted and she confirmed what the lab reported.We spoke about the need to do repeat sampling/source sampling and plan review is required for the installation of disinfection. She was unaware. I told her the company she had do the work should have been aware.The lab will conduct repeat sampling in September and take a source sample. ACTION NEEDED: Work with Springfield office regarding plan review, monitor September samples. | ||
