Details:	SUMMARY: September Monthly Routine Coliform Sample TC Positive DETAILS: August coliform sample was TC positive, repeats and triggered sample was clean.September sample following same track. TC positive. Left the message below for John. Additionally some of the repeats came back TC positive. ACTION NEEDED: Take 3 repeats in distribution, one sample at the source (mark triggered). Take steps to determine the problem and resolve it.
