| Details: | SUMMARY: Alert Follow Up Contact DETAILS: This water system took repeat samples on 9-6-17 after the batch chlorination chlorine residual had dissipated. The sample site at the end of the distribution system was TC+. At this site the home owner was on vacation and the operator believes that the turnover was poor. ACTION NEEDED: Sent Level 1 investigation to operator. One sample is due next month. October which will also satisfy their quarterly sample. | ||
