| Details: | Spoke with operator on 6/21/2021. 4-log viral disinfection taking place, so no triggered sample requested from the sources. Chlorine residual at testing site was 0.5 mg/L, above the Minimum Chlorine Level of 0.20 mg/L. Operator suspects there may have been an error in the sampling process. 3 repeat samples take from distribution, pending results. Spoke with operator on 6/23/2021. all results of repeats came back negative for coliform. Operator is sure that it was human error that caused the false positive. |
