| Details: | Called the Moose Lodge and got ahold of Susan, She stated that the operator, Frank does not work regularly at the facility however she would relay the message to Frank that the routine coliform sample taken on the 18th of this month came back positive for total coliform and 3 repeat and one trigger sample needs to be taken. |
