| Details: | SUMMARY: 7500 Gal Steel water tank DETAILS: We have assessed the situation and have the following recommendations:1. Continue to perform scheduled maintenance on the water tank. The water tank is in good condition and should give many more years of reliable service if it is properly maintained.2. Replace the aging galvanized sections of the water distribution system with PVC. An estimate to perform this work would be approximately $12,000. This estimate may vary significantly depending upon how close to the actual units the piping replacement terminates. ACTION NEEDED: None. | ||
