| Details: | Jim tried to call Steve Albin on 6/18/2021 and the phone line was disconnected. Jim emailed Steve on June 18th, 2021 at 9:28 and stated "if you haven't already heard, there is a chlorine shortage. If you can fill out the Supply survey emailed by OHA that would be helpful. If you need to conserve by lowering your use to (example: 0.7 ppm vs 1.0 ppm) let us know so we can fill out a contact report noting the changes in your residual chlorine use. Feel free to call and ask for Christina if you have any questions today, since I will be out in the field doing inspections today." On 6/21/2021, I mailed out paper copies of the chlorine shortage guidance document and the email Jim sent to Steve Albin. Called Steve Albin on 6/24/2021 at 503-970-0224 and left a voice message stating that the there was a chlorine shortage and to contact us on how long their chlorine supply will last. I also mentioned that OHA sent out a survey for them to fill out. |
