| Details: | SUMMARY: Boil Water Notice 4 log removal DETAILS: Inspected system and set up to run tracer study to determine contact time. Unable to accurately measure time, due to plumbing configuration with pressure vessel. Measured system to estimate contact time and fill out Disinfection Verification Form. Based on measurements and assumptions, recommended that system maintain chlorine residual of 1.55 mg/l.System can install a baffled storage tank (example: Flexcon Industries “Mixmaster”) to increase CT, which would reduce required chlorine dose to 0.20 mg/l.
