| Details: | SUMMARY: Total Coliform Confirmed Alert DETAILS: Lorin called me to report 3 of the 4 repeat samples were TC+. He has been working with Shiloh water to shock chlorinate and flush the well. Shiloh installed a sample tap on the well head. The school is currently being supplied with bottled water until the souce of the contamination can be determined and removed. Lorin is going to complete the L1 investigation and return it to me. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up on well intervention and L1 investigation. | ||
