| Details: | SUMMARY: TC+ Routine Alert Follow Up DETAILS: Routine colform 9/19 positive for total. Assessment sample from new well also TC+. System is taking 12 mos. assessment samples for new well. Called April and discussed. TC + is confirmed with 2nd positive sample so she will fill out level one investigation and take 3 temp routines in October. No indication of why samples were positive except that its a newer well. ACTION NEEDED: Complete and submit level one investigation within 30 days and take 3 temporary routine samples from distribution in October (in addition to monthly source assessment sample). | ||
