| Details: | SUMMARY: Regulatory Assistance DETAILS: Positive coliform result for one repeat sample obtained from a sink in the store. Visited Jim Edwards at store. Mr. Edwards stated he had dropped the lid of the sample jar in the sink while obtaining the sample. He further stated he completed the Level l investigation provided by DWS and returned via mail. I discussed using a small lighter to apply flame to water fixtures prior to sampling and proper handling of sample bottle lid and bottle lip to avoid contamination of the sterile surfaces. I also informed Mr. Edwards that 3 routine samples are required in August 2017. ACTION NEEDED: 3 routine sample results required in August 2017. | ||
