| Details: | SUMMARY: Nitrate Detection DETAILS: Sample collected 8/7/2017 had a detection level of 5.560000000 for Nitrate. The firm was contacted via phone and I talked with Harry Staten on 8/17/2017. The firm has shown through quarterly testing in 2010 that the nitrate level does not fluctuate seasonally, so annual testing shall be sufficient. ACTION NEEDED: Continue the annual testing for Nitrate and provided future sampling does not show increase in Nitrate levels, the annual testing shall be sufficient. | ||
