| Details: | SUMMARY: Water System Survey Deficiency: Operations and Maintenance Manual Follow-up. Due 4/5/2017 DETAILS: I reached out to David May today by phone. His voicemail states that he is out of the office until September 25th. I have also sent emails to David on August 23rd. I heard back from David May on August 23rd stating that he was unsure if the manual had been completed but he would check, and if found undone, he would complete it over the weekend. I sent another email on September 6th and have not yet heard anything back. ACTION NEEDED: I expect to be contacted by David when he returns to the office on September 25th. | ||
