| Details: | SUMMARY: Repeat Coliform Positive Sample DETAILS: On 9/20/2017 Mary Lou Warren called the office to inform us that the water supply tested positive for Coliform. I returned her call on 9/22/2017 and was informed that she will be retesting for coliform and will try to locate the source of Coliform. She will be meeting up with Jim Solvedt in the field on 9/25/2017 to discuss the investigation further. ACTION NEEDED: Level 1 Coliform investigation by operator. | ||
