| Details: | SUMMARY: DRC resolution DETAILS: The current DRC resigns Friday. Board members discussed options. Four local certified PWS staff had been queried for their interest. None expressed interest. Favored option is to use ground water so that no DRC is required. Two wells are available with sufficient flow. Both have arsenic-- one is high and the other is either very low or very high (lab report not availabe at this time). Owners of well properties both willing to provide easements. ACTION NEEDED: Next week I followed up to tell them such a switch to ground water would cause them to lose their senior water right on the source creek. Mentioned that simplifying the SW treatment may attract perspective DRC. | ||
