| Details: | SUMMARY: TC Positive Alert Response DETAILS: Received alert for a TC positive result from a routine sample collected on 9/25/17. Spoke with Ken. Only the new well #5, SRC-DA, was running at the time. Reviewed the requirements for three repeat samples and one triggered source sample from well #5. ACTION NEEDED: PWS to collect follow-up samples. Further action will be based on those results. | ||
