| Details: | SUMMARY: follow up to TC positive routine sample DETAILS: Duane called regarding the positive sample on 9/26/17. There was a free chlorine residual of 0.62. There was no clear indiciation on the cause of the positive. Advised him on the repeat/source sample requirements. ACTION NEEDED: Take 3 repeat samples (original location, one up stream and one down stream) and source samples from each active source on at the time or if the wells service the town in different parts, then sample from the wells that serve the area that was positive. **9/28/17 spoke with the DRC Jason Barron and all samples (repeat and source samples) were absent for bacteria** | ||
