| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform Positive - Level 2 Investigation Needed DETAILS: ‘USFS Wyeth CG’ public water system is within the areas under evacuation notice due to the Eagle Creek Fire (2017). The water system operated only 3 days in September (closed 7/4/17). The operator did collect water samples as required-- however, those samples were confirmed positive for coliform bacteria. A level 1 investigation has already occurred this past summer. A level 2 investigation is necessary. The water system will not re-open until May 2018. We will conduct the investigation then.This information was communicated with the operator via email between 9/26/17 – 9/27/17. ACTION NEEDED: Schedule a ‘level 2’ investigation with the water system prior to May 1st, 2018. | ||
