| Details: | SUMMARY: Admin Order Follow Up DETAILS: I called Alex to find out if he received the AO letter from OHA DWP and to see if he has any questions. Alex was unaware of the letter and said the address it was sent to is old. All mail should go to their PO box now. I contacted Brad Daniels with OHA and informed him of this. I emailed Alex the AO letter on 9/28 and he said he would share it with his brother Eugene. He gave me some details of his plan to comply with the arsenic MCL on the phone and I asked him to formally respond to the AO in writing. Alex also mentioned that in 2018 he has plans to demolish all of the duplexes and construct new apartment buildings that will be connected to the city of Woodburns water system. I asked him to include that information in his response to the AO. I also informed him that the AO requires monthly arsenic monitoring and public notice certification. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up on WS action plan, PN and monitoring results for arsenic. | ||
