Details:	SUMMARY: Regulatory Assistance DETAILS: I received a call from Mr. Joe Sprahl, informing me that he was calling on behalf of Mr. Schleining to request a change in the status of Paradise Lodge, from a seasonal operation to a 12 month operation. Mr. Sprahl stated that the reason for this request was that during off season there are still people at the Lodge and the system remains active. There is no start-up/shut-down disruption throughout the year. I reminded Mr. Sprahl that they would still need to submit a coliform sample and a nitrate sample for this year. Mr. Sprahl stated he will make sure Mr. Schleining is aware of this. ACTION NEEDED: Submit one routine coliform sample for the 4th quarter of this year (Oct – Dec 2017) as well as a nitrate sample for this year.
