| Details: | Called Chance about collecting repeat coliform samples at upstream, downstream and original sites for the routine total coliform positive sample collected on August 6th. He indicated repeat samples were already collected and all results were absent. I informed him the sample results must be received by August 17th. It is unknown at this time why the routine sample was coliform positive since chlorine residual reported with the sample was 1.10 mg/L. Repeat samples collected on Aug. 8th and 9th were absent. No chlorine residual was reported with sample results. On Aug. 20th emailed Chance and owner Charlie Anderson about measuring and reporting chlorine residual with all samples to verify a detectable residual in distribution system. No further action. Continue with monthly coliform sampling. | ||
