| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine Distribution Sample TC+ DETAILS: I spoke to Vivian and Edge Analytical about the recent positive sample. Three repeats were taken and absent. However, the lab who samples for Vivian said there was not a sample tap at the well to take a source or prior to the UV unit that was installed. I have an appointment on October 5 to meet on site with Vivian to go over the Level 1 investigation form and review the UV installation. ACTION NEEDED: Prepare notes after the site visit on October 5. | ||
