| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine E.Coli Positive DETAILS: Received an alert for a routine sample that is positive for E. Coli and Total Coliform. Sample was taken on Wednesday however the sample was not received by the State DWP until Friday. The alert was not sent out until Monday morning. Called and spoke with Mr. Borta about taking the repeat samples as soon as possible. Also because of the number of days that have passed since the E. Coli sample was taken, in discussion with Mr. Borta the bar closed for today, and Mr. Borta stated that Tuesday and Wednesday are the normal days the facility is closed. ACTION NEEDED: Take repeat samples as soon as possible. | ||
