| Details: | SUMMARY: Operator Stated he Would be Collecing Another Sample on 10/3/2017 DETAILS: The operator was not able to identify any possible errors while collecting the sample. He washed his hands, cleaned the faucet head with alcohol, flamed the faucet and then ran the water for 3-5 minutes before collecting the sample. ACTION NEEDED: If samples are negative return to routine monitoring. | ||
