| Details: | SUMMARY: Repeats are Total Coliform Positive, Did Not Take Source Sample DETAILS: Routine sample was positive for coliform. Sample was taken at the kitchen sink. Norman said that there was chlorine residual after treatment, however there was no residual chlorine recorded at the kitchen sink. ACTION NEEDED: Operator needs to take 3 samples, one upstream, one at the same site, and one downstream. Operator stated that the plumber was called and would be out to check for a leak in the system. Await results from samples. | ||
