| Details: | SUMMARY: Alert Follow-up, Boil Water Notice Needed DETAILS: The system had a positive e.coli detection on the repeat samples. All 4 were TC+ and one was e.coli positive. ACTION NEEDED: Boil water notice needed. The system has reverted to using the Spring because the well can not supply the demand for more than a few months. They did add a UV treatment unit (nothing is known about this unit). I did speak to the manager and he said he disassembled the unit and the sleeve had a lot of buildup on it. He was going to clean the unit and then take a sample after passing through the UV and then after UV and reservoir (distribution) to determine if the reservoir may be contributing to the contamination problem. They will contact NCPHD after results are known.Boil water notice issued. | ||
