| Details: | SUMMARY: follow up to TC+ routine sample DETAILS: System collected its monthly coliform sample on 10/2/17. It tested positive for total coliform bacteria. System has had several detections in the past year. The source has always tested absent. System has been looking into a mixer for the storage tank. ACTION NEEDED: System to take 3 repeat samples and 1 triggered source sample. Further action will be based on the results. | ||
