| Details: | SUMMARY: Called and left message regarding repeat sample that tested positive for coliform. DETAILS: Called Mike Johnson at ODOT and left him a message regarding repeat samples that tested positive for coliform. Also, informed Mr. Johnson that a triggered groundwater sample needs to be collected from the raw water source and a Level 1 investigation will need to be completed and returned to the state for review. ACTION NEEDED: Collect three temporary routine during the month of October, collect triggered assessment sample and complete a Level 1 Investigation. | ||
