| Details: | SUMMARY: follow up to coliform detections - all repeat and source samples DETAILS: System had collected their monthly coliform samples on 9/25/17. One of the samples was total coliform positive. On 9/28/17 three repeat samples and 1 triggered source sample from Well #5 were collected and all were positive for total coliform. I explained these detections trigger an investigation by the water system. An investigation form will be mailed to the system and then needs to be returned within 30 days. Any self identified deficiencies noted by the water system will need to be addressed. ACTION NEEDED: System to resume standard monitoring in October. | ||
