| Details: | SUMMARY: follow up to TC positive routine sample DETAILS: The system had collected a routine sample on 5/24/17. It had tested positive for total coliform bacteria. Nancy was not able to get the repeat samples collected in the required timeframe. A Level 1 investigation was issued regarding the missing follow up samples. The system has 30 days to complete the investigation paperwork and submit to DWS. System to resume standard monitoring in June. ACTION NEEDED: complete Level 1 investigation | ||
