| Details: | SUMMARY: change of DBP location DETAILS: Mark contacted me because one of their 2 existing DBP monitoring locations is being eliminated. The Dodge #2 Lift Station will be eliminated when a new reservoir comes online above that part of town. Meanwhile, since the time of the initial DBP site evaluation, the Brookings service line was extended another 2 3/4 miles north to the community college campus. Mark proposed to switch the DBP sampling location from Dodge #2 to their sampling port at Southwestern Community College (SWOCC). This is now the furthest extent of the service line. I approved the change. ACTION NEEDED: Notify DMCE to change the monitoring location for disinfection by-products. Meanwhile, checking that they have submitted plans to DWS for review for their new 500,00 gal reservoir above the airport. | ||
