Details: | SUMMARY: Follow up on customer complaint DETAILS: I spoke with Carol today about a recent complaint received regarding low pressure at a residence. Caller complains of low water pressure at home, that has apparently decreased since the system fixed a stuck valve at one of the storage reservoirs. Carol indicated that the water system has verified a minimum of 20 psi at all times at the customers meter, including 31 psi documented during the last reading. The stuck valve at the reservoir had been fixed to modulate system pressures in the area. System cannot increase pressure at this location without over-pressurizing neighbors below this unit. System has offered measures (pressure tank, booster pump, etc.) to increase premise pressure here, at the customers expense. I provided Carol the callers phone number for the District to follow up to hopefully resolve the complaint. ACTION NEEDED: No further action at this time, continue to track any further complaints of this issue in this area. |
