| Details: | SUMMARY: complaint DETAILS: Fran called to follow up on a written complaint she submitted. I had not seen that letter. She said that the water system is chlorinating or adding something to the system every 2 weeks or so. There have been occassional total coliform detections. The water at times has a bad odor, and she measured the pH at 5.6 using strips. There are other administrative problems regarding financial disclosures that we cannot address. ACTION NEEDED: contact operator to be sure chlorination and other practices are appropriate. | ||
