| Details: | SUMMARY: Arsenic Sample Collected 9-14-17 Tested above the MCL DETAILS: An arsenic sample collected 9-14-17 tested above the MCL. Note: this sample was not due, overdue, or required to be collected. Per Casey Lyon quarterly monitoring is required. I spoke with James Robinson and informed him that quarterly sampling is required and also confirmed that the population and connection count does not meet the minimums for a community water system. I submitted a chem schedule change form to DMCE and sent James Robinson a letter regarding the monitoring requirement. ACTION NEEDED: Quarterly arsenic monitoring beginning 3rd qtr 2017. | ||
