| Details: | SUMMARY: Contacted the water system regarding the requirement for a Level 1 Investigation and collection of temporary routine samples. DETAILS: Called the water system operator, Shari Blackman, regarding the requirement to complete a level 1 investigation and collect 3 temporary routine samples by the end of October. Mrs. Blackman indicated that they completed the level 1 investigation and it has been sent to DWS for review. The investigation determined that the system had a broken pipe which has since been repaired. The system has been shock chlorinated and three temporary samples were collected for analysis. ACTION NEEDED: Review level 1 investigation and results of the three temporary routine samples. | ||
