| Details: | SUMMARY: Repair Leaking Line Complaint DETAILS: Complainant contacted me. System has had reduced pressure and debris in the water several times over the last couple of months. I contacted Frank and he confirmed theyve been working on the lines and was unaware that they needed to take a special sample and go on a boil notice once the work is completed. He agreed to take a sample. Frank had a sample drawn the next day and it was ND. I sent him the BMP documents and the boil notice template as well. ACTION NEEDED: None. | ||
