| Details: | SUMMARY: Complaint Low Pressure DETAILS: Complainant contacted me again yesterday and said the water pressure was down and they had sand in the water. I contacted Frank and he said they have a broken gate valve that blew and are working on the problem. I reminded him that they needed to go on a Boil Notice if they lost pressure. He said the work they were doing today would make approx. 60 homes have no water while they continue to work on the issue. I worked with Frank to develop the Boil Notice and he was going to hand it out today. Once the work is complete he is going to take a special sample. I contacted the complainant today and she said she just received the Boil Notice. ACTION NEEDED: None. | ||
