| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive Total Coliform DETAILS: I contacted Mr. Gutierrez and advised him of the requirement to take three repeat samples: to include one from the same location as the positive routine sample, one upstream, one downstream and a source sample that must be labeled triggered. He said the aforementioned samples were taken and submitted to the laboratory on 10-2-2017. I informed him that if the samples were negative, they must collect three routine samples this month. ACTION NEEDED: To be determined based upon the results of the repeat and triggered source samples. | ||
