| Details: | SUMMARY: E.coli and Total Coliform Positive DETAILS: Operator was notified that they had both E.coli and Total coliform detected in their routine water sample that was taken in distribution in the kitchen.Operator was instructed to take a total of four samples total in coliform bottles. Three of the samples are to be taken at the same site and one sample is to be taken at the source. Samples at the same site are to be labeled repeat (rp) and the source sample is to be labeled triggered (tg).Operator chlorinates for residual and was asked to make sure that it was correctly labeled on the chain of custody as the system chlorinating.Operator said that they had recently done some work possibly changing out the filter or lines on the chlorinator.Operator will be taking the samples to Umpqua Research tomorrow morning. ACTION NEEDED: Await test results. | ||
