| Details: | SUMMARY: follow up to TC+ repeat samples DETAILS: The water system had an initial positive on 10/16/17. Three repeat samples and a triggered source sample were collected on 10/19/17. Two of the repeats and the triggered source sample were positive for total coliform bacteria. The detections have triggered a level 1 investigation. The system is not aware of any operational procedures that may have caused the detections. The system is looking at additional flushing of the water system. ACTION NEEDED: Fill out and return the Level 1 form within 30 days. System is back to standard monitoring in November. | ||
