| Details: | SUMMARY: Violations for not reporting monthly SWMOR DETAILS: I contacted Simon and asked him to send in the August and September surface water monthly reports. The treatment plant is not in use but the reports are still required to be submitted. I reminded him to turn in the October report by November 10th. ACTION NEEDED: Turn in October SWMOR by November 10th. November report is the last one required for the year and needs to be reported by December 10th. | ||
