Details: SUMMARY: LCR invalidation DETAILS: Rick sent Mike an invalidation request for a sample collected from an outside hose bib. Upon review of the sample sheets, it was noted that a 2nd sample was also collected from outside. The invalidation of both samples has been approved. ACTION NEEDED: Collect replacement samples from both locations by 11/19 and report by 11/29.
